Section 14-24. Residence Restrictions
It shall be unlawful for more than three (3) persons, unrelated by a third degree of consanguinity, to reside in a single-family dwelling or dwelling unit.
Section 14-25. House Numbers.
Each dwelling within the municipal limits of the Town of Tryon shall be numbered, and said numbers shall be posted in a manner to be clearly visible from the street or public road. Said letters shall at the minimum, be three (3) inches in size and shall be posted on the dwelling, mailbox, curb, or in a manner which clearly designates the house number of any such residence. Provided this requirement shall not apply to vacant lots.
