As the Utility and Billing Services division, we are here to assist you and to answer questions about your utilities, rates and provide billing and payment information.

You will need to fill out a service agreement, have an up-to-date driver’s license/state ID, and $200 in check or money order ($150 deposit and $50 connection / set up fee)

To receive mobile notifications about outages, updates, maintenance, and other pertinent information concerning your utilities, text “TRYON” to 91896.
If you live in the town of Tryon, you cannot dwell in a home without proper water and sewer services.
If you tamper with the water meter, you will be fined a minimum fine of $500 and must appear in municipal court.
